"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. Whether it was a waiter, front desk staff or bell hop everyone was looking for any opportunity to provide quality service for us. The hotel is very quiet and the room was clean upon arrival. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel because it was not super walkable to the old town area and the shuttle only offered service between 12-8 pm (which was not super convenient). "

"Everything was excellent except the restaurant. Terrible. Slow. Eat somewhere else. We tried 2 breakfasts, lunch and 2 dinners. Dinners were the worst by far. Over an hour to get simple foods like salads and burgers. The grounds are divine. The spa is a dream. The rooms are lovely! Would stay here again without question "

Make sure you book the steak house at bourbon - even if you are alone go sit at the bar and eat. The bartenders are the most amazing people I’ve met in Scottsdale! And the steak and classic butter mashed… 10/10"
