- No smoking (inside house). An additional $1,000 cleaning fee is applied if smoking occurs in the home.
- No pets allowed, undisclosed pets result in a $1,000 pet fee and the pet must leave immediately or the guest's stay is terminated.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. An additional $1,000 cleaning fee is applied if an undisclosed event occurs in the home.
