"The property and location were beautiful! The pictures of the outside and landscape were not fake! The pictures of the inside of the home did not do it justice. Very clean and had everything you could need. Host was readily available to assist and answer any questions we could have"

"The property was very much like it was advertised - nice gathering spaces and well-stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. There could have been more towels to fit the number of guests allowed and there were no blankets. For the cooler seasons, some throw blankets would be good. The property is in a nice area with easy access to everything in sonoma. It was nice and quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again."

"We were two couples traveling to explore wine country with a hired driver.This place is super cute and well appointed with items needed if you were staying in and cooking meals.Kitchen chairs are an accident waiting to happen with a collapse of a chair. We are smaller adult women and were afraid to sit on them for fear of breaking them.Heat distribution of thermostat and even heat in rooms was a slight issue also."

"Lavender Hill was the perfect spot for a weekend reunion with a bunch of friends to celebrate a milestone birthday! The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay. "Overall an amazing rental with plenty of space and amenities! We had a great time and were able to utilize the spa and kitchen during our stay. One thing to note is the "bonus room" listed is a bungalow separate from the main house which I would have liked to have known in advance, but ultimately did not affect our stay. "We stayed here with another couple to celebrate my birthday, and we had a great time. It was close to the wineries, the guys played golf at Foxtail next door, while the girls visited downtown Healdsburg. It was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast in the restaurant was very good. "

Great place to stay!

"We decided to take a trip to the bay and didn’t want to have to get up super early to get there. So we spontaneously decided to find a hotel closer to sf than where we live, a place to stay without an extreme price. I would say that the price for this room was reasonable for what we got. I looked at a lot of available hotels in the area and this one has some of the best reviews, which are all fairly accurate from our experience. The best were so much comfortable then other places we’ve stayed, sheets were clean, pillows were nice. Clean bathrooms, decent amount of towels, soap, lotion, etc. The people at the front desk were so kind and provided great customer service. I don’t know if this is an all the time perk, but we received a complimentary drink at the bar, and a complimentary appetizer. We didn’t end up using them because we were really tired but I thought that was a really nice. I do feel I should include this interaction, it has nothing to do with the hotel and its staff. So take this with a grain of salt. When we first arrived and were walking to the elevator, three individuals came out of the elevator, stoped and looked at us and just stood there. We weren’t in their way at all, they acted as though they had never seen a man with a beard and a girl with tattoos. Granted they were older individuals, but they wouldn’t move, we had to say excuse me twice before they moved. Supper odd. Other than that all other guests were friendly. We will be come back and recommend!"
