"Good hotel for the price, compared to many other more expensive ones. The reception staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is excellent! I would only recommend improving the lighting in the rooms. The lights are all yellow which can be frustrating. But nothing more. Well located. Overall a good stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a good stay. We had a bad start with check in. We arrived at 3pm and It took a while to get checked in and the original room wasn’t ready so they had to give us another room. The receptionist was accommodating and asked us if we wanted a room with a shower or Bath and if we wanted a room at the front or back. She upgraded us and we had a lovely warm comfortable room at the front of the hotel looking out on the street. The hotel was in an ideal location and it was...

"Friendly staff excellent cleanliness and comfort, the rooms are beautiful and new, close to all types of transport buses metro taxis and trains, too bad there are many tramps but after all it is so in almost the whole city. "This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "
