"The rental is small—but you must already know that if you’re booking a studio condo. There are no frills—be prepared to buy toilet paper, salt and pepper and basic necessities. But this was clearly advertised and it definitely met our needs. The beach was gorgeous and steps away and the pool was a wonderful way to unwind after the beach. "The upstairs neighbor was awful. They moved furniture or slide thing across the floor all day and late into the night just awful"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Emily and Ian were extremely responsive and have a great property. Overall we would stay here again without a doubt, but i would love to see a new matress and a new set of pots/pans. "

"Property is well located and we enjoyed the stay with the exception of inoperable elevators. When you are on the 14th floor and the only option is stairs it is quite concerning. At one point there was no elevator option for a period. During our 4 night stay at least one of the 2 elevators were inoperable at all times."
