"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

Die Wohnung, die uns dann später zugeteilt wurde, konnte erst 2,5 Stunden später bezogen werden, weil sie erst gereinigt werden musste, was innerhalb von 30 min geschah. Wir fanden dann eine dreckige Wohnung auf (Dusche dreckig, in der Küche lagen noch Krümel, vor dem Haus türmte sich der Müll). Als wir das Haus verließen kam schon die nächste Gruppe, die auch angeblich umgebucht wurde… schreit nach Doppelbelegung… wir konnten dann...

Saubere, neu renovierte Zimmer und Bäder, die alle begeistert haben. Urgemütlicher Wohn -und Essbereich, sowie ein Kaminzimmer. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr einladend, wurde aber wegen der Kälte und den kuscheligen Räumen von uns nicht genutzt. Alle drei Generationen hatten ein tolle Zeit mit Spieleabende und Ausflug nach Cochem auf die Reichsburg. Die Familie...

"The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. It has its own parking place and it’s situated near the center of Alf. Restaurant nearby. For welcome their was a bottle of wine for us. Further Alf is very nice situated to visit the mosel area with winefields, lovely villages and castles nearby. We enjoyed our stay in your vacation home very much"
