By Forsyth Park, W/ King Bed +New Bath & Kitchen!

This historic building has been renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous modern finishes. It is hard to believe the home is from 1909 when you are inside! However, your immersion in Historic Savannah is just outside the door. Forsyth Park is less than a city block away from the apartment. While literally hundreds of restaurants and shops are within 2 miles of the home some of the highlights are in the neighborhood section.

​​​​​​​The kitchen, dining and living room are one large open floor plan with soaring ceilings.

There is a separate bedroom with a King bed

The bathroom is decorated with Anthropoligie wallpaper and vanity and newly redone from top to bottom.

Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street.

This unit is on the 'first floor' but stairs are still required so this is not suitable for anyone who cannot get up a few steep steps to the entry door.

The apartment was lovely and larger than the photos. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The location near the park was also very convenient and right next to a free bus stop. We’d definitely stay there and visit Savannah again.

Beautiful house… the parks were wonderful. The American Legion around the corner was delicious & low prices for drinks. We would love to stay here again. The location is as perfect for our bowling tournament and we visited the local museums and enjoyed the local food

This home was just as described. It was in a nice location, especially on a Saturday morning (just a 3 minute walk to the farmers market), clean, nicely decorated and the managers were great to work with. The bed is extremely soft, but other than that, it was lovely.

Perfect location and lovely place!
We loved the location and found the place perfect for the two of us. It was nicely decorated - even has a washer/dryer, although we didn't use it. You can't beat the location - a short walk to Forsyth Park. Our only recommendation to the owners is a more firm mattress - it's a soft one.

Long weekend in Savannah
Great location- could walk to everything (also close to free bus). Spacious apartment- new inside and elegant/tall windows. There is noise if people are moving around in upper apartment and from the pool next door. I wish there had been some outside chairs on the deck- minor concerns.

My friend and I decided to come to Savannah for the first time this weekend for a girls trip. This place did not disappoint. It is a wonderful rental that is convenient to everything. Nice updated apartment in Historic district of savannah
This was a pleasant stay neighborhood quiet home well equipped with all needed essentials well decorated with comfortable bedding. Highly reccomend grab bars in the shower to prevent falls. Savannah was a great experience with lots to offer.

Lovely stay
This rental was beautiful! It was the perfect, cozy place for two. The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need as far as amenities go. The place was exceptionally clean. The apartment is conveniently and safely located by downtown Savannah and Forsyth park. The only downside is that you will hear the upstairs neighbors. Otherwise, this was a lovely stay and we would love to stay here again.

Great, convenient location. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Would be good to improve hot water delivery to kitchen sink. Never got hot after running over 15 minutes. No cable, so if you don’t stream then you don’t have a TV.

Location, location, location
All we needed for making meals, well equpped, sharp knives! Comfortable, bright space. Nice back outside area which could use some outdoor furniture. Forsythe Park steps away but the whole city is walkable and interesting. We will be back.
