Vacation Rental Savannah – 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, private guest house that sleeps up to 6(call for additional people). TWO NEW MEMORY FOAM BEDS - QUEEN AND TWIN (others on the way. The cottage is located on the south side of Savannah on 1 ½ acre lot, close to the Truman Parkway, shopping & Lake Mayer (a park with picnic, 1 ½ mile path, fishing, tennis and basketball courts +). Handicap Accessible, Fully furnished and includes many Appliances & Laundry Room, plenty of Kitchenware, Netflix, WIFI, Fire Pit & Picnic area and fenced in yard. This cottage is 10 minutes from Downtown and Historic District and 30 minutes from Tybee island. There is plenty of parking available. Utensils for Oyster Roast or Savannah’s Famous Low Country Boil are available upon request. There is also a $150 party fee (15+ persons, payable upon arrival). THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE. Fence is around a complex that includes other cottages and front gate left open. Pets must be housebroken, have current flea protection and cleaned up after. Others may have pets with them so I ask that no pet is left outside unattended and must be cleaned up after them. There is a newly installed Ring Door Security. It is turned on for your arrival and turned off after you arrive.

Comfortable Cottage
Lori is a great host, very friendly and quick to respond with any questions you may have. This was our second time staying at this cottage, that's how much we love and enjoy staying here. The cottage is clean and well stocked with everything you will need, it's location is close to just about everything. If we happen to come back to Savannah, we will be definitely stay here again!

Awesome property for pets and their people.
This place isn't in downtown Savannah, but is convently located and much quieter. The grounds are fenced in with the exception of the driveway and there was a huge private lawn for our Newfies to run to their hearts desire. It isn't a fancy new high priced resort, but has everything you need for a family get together. We will definitely go back the next time we visit Savannah!

Awesome experience
The cottage was amazing and Lori is the best. My service dog, Jo loved the grounds and so did I. It was very quiet and relaxing without being too far from all the activities. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back and stay here again.

Very Comfortable in Savannah Indeed
A beautiful location, both rental and city, and a comfortable resting place after enjoying everything the city has to offer. The only concern was some of the curtains (for improved privacy) but it's a wonderful stay nevertheless. Lori is very welcoming and all of her thoughtful touches were too. Definitely recommended.

Savannah Visit
We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and newer on the inside. Neighbors dog barked at times, but the dogs owner was nice enough to put it in. Location was convenient for our visits to Savannah and surrounding areas. Lori was accommodating to our needs. The only issue was the couch could use a cleaning. Thanks for the hospitality and we would book again is we came back to the area.

Absolutely perfect for our sisters' vacation!
This property is clean, well maintained, comfortable, and inviting. The home is situated on a lovely landscaped lot, with lots of outside seating and privacy. Inside and outside, we had everything we needed and more. The owner was responsive when we made the reservations and anytime we reached out to her during our stay. It was a great experience and I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Savannah.

We brought our bikes from Vermont to discover the low country around Savannah and enjoyed the city. We spent a week we had a great time. We love the house. We love the carport where we kept our bikes. Everything was perfect. Location was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes. Beautiful property the house had everything.

Perfect get away.
Comfortable in Savannah was a wonderful locale to enjoy sunshine away from our snowy northern home. The property was just as described in the listing very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and Lori was a perfect hostess. She responded immediately to text and it was lovely to see her around the property. Comfortable and Safe
This property was easy to find due to the rope lights at the entrance. It was comfortable,clean and safe and also very quiet. Location was excellent basically 10 minutes to everything... We really enjoyed staying here, Lori the owner was very nice and answered any questions we had right away. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Sister vacation
We had a great time. The house was centrally located between the beach and downtown Savannah so very easy to get to both. Everything in the house was clean and easy to find. The beds are comfortable and she provides plenty of bath towels. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. The outside seating area was comfortable. They did have a fire pit but we didn’t use it on this trip. There is a gym right down the road for those who like to exercise however you do need a membership. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Savannah.
