"The front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping staff all were warm and welcoming. Our river view room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the furniture charming and in touch with the character of this historic building. Upon check in we were offered complimentary champagne - a nice touch. The complimentary managers afternoon reception provided nice drinks and snacks. We enjoyed a tasty cooked to order breakfast in the restaurant & the speakeasy drinks were awesome. We enjoyed Savannah and we would stay again at the River Street Inn."

"The hotel location was perfect for hobnobbing around downtown Savannah and when leaving, we had quick access to the interstate. Also appreciated the late checkout time of 12 noon. The room was spacious and quiet; the beds were comfortable. While it didn’t cause other problems besides wet socks, there was a small water leak in the wall in the half-bath (right where the wall meets the floor). Better get that checked out before there is major damage behind the wall. "
