"The shower gel was completely out the first day. We arrived late so didn’t bother to get it. We called second morning but they didn’t replace one until the second night we called. The breakfast wasn’t too good either. The workers are all nice and polite. We enjoyed the good food in the area so much. "

"Enjoyed our stay for the most part. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast options were very good. Our room was comfortable but feel that the bathroom needs an update and there was a lot of sound transference when other guest bathrooms were in use. Bottom line is that we received good value and the location is great."

"This place met our needs prior to flying on vacation. Easy with the online check in, room was clean, breakfast included and check out at a reasonable time. Will consider a stay here in Richmond prior to vacation again!"

"Walkable to all the great Asian restaurants, milk tea stores and shopping. My main complaint was the crumbled bedding (both the duvet and the sheet) and the room was dusty, all the guests felt congested after the night. The front desk was nice enough to offer switching the room. Staff explained that they were in the process of replacing the duvet/sheet."

"We are a retired couple who enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at the James Bay Inn Hotel and Suites. Our stay was at the end of January into February. We had a corner room with lots of big windows on the third floor with a comfy king bed. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The pub & restaurant downstairs were convenient & we found the food very good for a fair price. Service was excellent!
