The location of this property allows to visit different places, south of Germany, borders with France and Luxembourg. On our next visit we look forward to be able to stay here again. "This is a cozy little cottage, attached to a larger property, on the outskirts of town, but overlooking green countryside. Recently renovated to a high standard, the bedroom and bathroom are spacious. A spiral staircase may not suit the infirm or very old. Downstairs is ooen plan, with a good-sized kitchen and snug seating area. The host, Ariane was very helpful and generous (by arrangement, we had dinner on our first night - which turned out to be a four-course feast, with wine!). We did have a...

Lieselotte is very nice and came right over after contacting her with some issues we had. Just in not understanding on how things worked German to English. "The apartment is a great location, an easy walk to the train station and downtown Saarbrucken. The apartment was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and the linens for the sofa bed were provided as requested. Clear instructions were provided for both check-in and check-out. I had a great stay with my kids. Due to construction on the building, the parking spot in the listing was not available during our stay. However, there was plenty of free street parking available."

"The apartment is wonderful and the hosts are excellent! They speak English, French and German. The property is situated in a quiet town that is near major attractions (crystal making & the historic town of Bitchie) and stores. You are also close to the German border. As for the accomodation, it is a spacious modern apartment with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Excellent for families or two couples. One of the nicer places to stay and highly recommended!"
