"Hi, we stayed at this property for 8 nights. We rented one bedroom comfort apartment with sea view and we 've got two bedrooms apartment with balcony but with NO sea view. The guy from agency was ok and he understood that we had a delay on our flight with 2h 30 minutes so we arrived at the property later than we mentioned. The agent was a nice guy as we called him when we arrived at the apartment (2AM). He gave us the keys and said to come back next day to the reception for checking in. Second...

"Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe. Für unseren Aufenthalt in Budoni mit Ausflugszielen an der Ostküste ein perfekter Standort. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. "

"Très surpris lors de notre arrivée dans notre maison, car nous nous attendions pas une maison aussi bien. La gentillesse de "Rosetta" qui nous a accueilli était au top. Proche du supermarché à même pas 5 mn à pieds et de la plage. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié dans cette maison c'est qu'on avait l'impression d'être chez soi totalement. Je recommande ++++"

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. "Apartment very clean and as advertised, no problems. Location is very good, right on the edge of the old town. Note that steps to the apartment are not only steep but are 8 degrees off level, so you feel like you're falling backwards when going up them (like the tower of Pisa), make sure to use the handrail. Also, parking around apartment is free on the street but availability is very limited. We had to drive around 5-20 minutes to find something within 500 meters."
