"Charming little hotel right on Saratoga Lake. Format is an old-style "tavern on the bottom, small rooms above" configuration. The room was snug and outfitted in a clean, updated Colonial fashion. Didn't give 5 stars for service, not because it was bad, but it was essentially self-check and stay. Lovely to wake up to the lake outside our window. A couple of caveats that might affect your choice. The rooms are small (at least ours was), so don't plan on spreading your stuff out. If you can't...
