Very clean, open gathering area with electric fireplace large enough for 6 adults to gather comfortably. Kitchen, pots/pans, utensils, microwave, stovetop, large refrigerator all very clean. Soap, sponges provided. Needed extra garbage bags. Master bedroom very large and clean. Comfortable bed. ...

"We come to lake placid often and stayed here before. Room service messaging is confusing and the front desk person was arguing about it which did not leave a great impression. Someone should correct the grammar of communication. The facility itself is renovated, decent size rooms. Traveled with our baby and my service dog. "
