Great value. Easy to go to from the airport: 7 minutes walk from JR Chitose station. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Plenty dinning options around. Japanese breakfast is very good.

Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice.

Convenient to get to from airport via taxi or train. Shuttle only drops you off at the airport, will not pick you up from airport. Rooms are a little small but good enough for a quick stop for a single night.

Not much lighting around the hotel at night. Quite a walking Distance and the road was bad from airport to hotel. Staff was unfriendly and not welcoming .

施設等については値段相応。 食事等も問題なく対応。（丁寧） フロントについては、残念であった。 ヤマト便についてホテルマンの金額対応が不明である旨承知の上、提示価格と異なる場合、こちらに連絡するように依頼していた（ホテル側も了承）が、それもなく物が到着。結果、受け側のヤマト担当（当然受け側は測っていないのでわかるわけもなく）と無駄な時間を過ごした。他が悪いわけではない為、旅行終了後最後の最後で残念な思いをした。二度と利用しません。
