The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!

My stay at the Ape paulista was nothing short of a horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless they change the following: 1) Give staff more room to make decisions. When towels or rooms needed to be cleaned management has to be approve 2) Deborah the cleaning house manager is way to involved in my stay. Created a huge mess due to her being overly concerned with my stay activity. 3) cleaning I had to buy cleaning agents to clean my room. They don’t come by and ask if you need your room cleaned or if towels are needed. 4) street noise took a bit of getting use to. Overall I give this place a 1 star at best and will never return.

Excelente localização.
Estadia valorizada pela localização pois a acesso a todos os serviços. O quarto que aluguei tinha a cama no segundo andar com acesso, apenas, por escada que, para segurança, tinha um material abrasivo que corta a pele ao contato.

Bom, mas poderia melhorar.
Uma boa acomodação como todos os Ape Smart de São Paulo que costumo ficar. O ponto negativo é a Cama Suspensa e a escada de acesso, a escada de acesso à cama deveria ter sido feita de uma forma diferente, no formato que tá muito difícil de acessar. A TV não estava funcionando na minha estadia.
