Wonderful property in a nice and safe area. The staff are multilingual, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Felipe can assist with planning and arranging tours, etc., as good as any travel agent! There is a train station in walking distance, many restaurants, convenience stores, banks and other amenities. The breakfast is extensive with options for every preference. The room is comfortable.

Very recent property so fun. Nice hotel top restaurant. Owner and GM very nice. We had a misunderstanding with the staff that made us wait 5 hours for something that never came so we were disappointed. Pool was not heated so depending on when you go it is or not unable. Area around hotel not well lit. Close to a metro. So definitely a 8.5 but not 9.4
