« Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara. »

« We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. The complex itself is very pretty and updated, situated in a convenient location walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown and close to freeway access. Really an all...
