"We're a family of 4 (+ one dog), and we spend about a month every summer in SB. This year and last year we chose this condo, and it is superb. Unlike many vacation rentals, it has every little thing you need for everyday life. Kitchen fully stocked so you don't have to run out and buy ziploc bags or cooking oil... laundry detergent, replacement light bulbs, boogie board and beach chairs... you name it. It's all there. "We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. "We enjoyed our stay. The location was only less than 10 minutes from downtown by car and it's a nice and quiet neighborhood. Check-in process was very smooth, response time with the host was fast, and the place is clean and cozy. Highly recommend!"
