You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Villa with private pool and beach

The nightlife: 1200 meters from the house.  
The city center and shopping areas: 1400 meters.  
The beaches: at 1800 meters.  
It is a villa to 4 winds, all its rooms have natural light. The impressive thing is that from all its windows you will see the Mediterranean Sea.  
It has a decoration that makes you feel at home and the atmosphere surrounds you with warmth.  
Outside you can enjoy baths in the pool, good barbecues, relax in the chillout area and meals on the main terrace.  
  
It is a quiet villa but next to beaches, restaurants and bars. Its location is unbeatable and the chalet has great stays in which to share good moments with friends and family.  
  
The traveler has access to the whole chalet and all its areas; Kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, gardens, various dining rooms, chill out area, petanque area. All stays are available during all your holidays  
  
Guests have my phone number and if they need anything I am totally available.  
  
The villa is located in a quiet urbanization very well communicated. In a few minutes you reach the beach and the whole promenade full of restaurants and areas with activities, as well as the center of Santa Susana.  
  
In Santa Susana, Chalet situation, both you can move with car as walking to go to Santa Susana Centro as well as to all beaches and restaurants. In the same locality also there are buses that take you to several places of tourist interest. To emphasize the near train stop that in question of 20 minutes takes you to Barcelona center.

Beautiful house with everything that we needed. Perfect location for the 70.3 Ironman and the hosts were receptive and wonderful and always answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this property and we would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

#### Mooie, gerenoveerde woning met mooi zeezicht.

Propere woning, beddengoed, handdoeken en keukenbenodigdheden voldoende aanwezig. Nadeel zijn de 57 trappen om naar het zwembad te gaan. Alsook zeer warm in de slaapkamers ondanks het dichthouden van ramen en rolluiken overdag. Te weinig(4)ligstoelen aanwezig voor een woning van 9 pers. Ondanks deze nadelen, hebben we toch een mooie vakantie gehad. Contact met de eigenaars was top!

Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und schön aufgeteilt man hatte mehr als genug platz mit 9 Personen. Der Außenbereich mit dem Blick aufs Meer und dem Grill- und Essbereich ist perfekt. Das Haus ist wirklich zum empfehlen.

#### Beautiful villa, spacious with everything you need plus amazing views!!

This villa is absolutely beautiful!! Very spacious, lovely gardens that are well looked after. The views of the sea are brilliant to wake up to! The pool was clean and essential for the heat to cool off. We walked down to the seafront, shops and bars. Well equipped for all essentials for a stay abroad and all rooms decorated and maintained to a lovely clean standard. The only issue we had was with collecting and returning the keys, but I'm sure that was a communication issue and will be worked on by the owner. We loved it there and all 6 of us had a fantastic time, would highly recommend!!
