Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful home, horrible management
Beautiful condo not maintained or cleaned well. Blinds were broken and our feet were black from walking on the bare floors

Very Spacious Unit
Red Fish Village is an amazing property located in the quiet and peaceful area called Blue Mountain Beach. This property has a wonderful pool and this unit overlooks the pool from the 2 front bedrooms. The patio is on the side facing 30A and you can hear the ocean from the patio. AM and PM were nice to sit on the patio, but during the day there are a lot of cars passing by. There is live music in the evenings at the restaurant on the property. This unit is on the top floor and there are both stairs and an elevator.

We Made the best of it
We Have arrived and the rooms wasn't clean and the lease agreement says no pets but there was dog hair all over the carpet floor and the floors laundry room head baby clothes still in a dryer.and had a Bug problem. But it's A nice location

Great week at Redfish Village
The unit was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Redfish Villlage is terrific with a great pool, private beach access and a number of great restaurants near by. Vacasa was also very easy to work with and responsive.

Location and property were great-clean, well maintained pool, with restaurant/ bar and so close to the gorgeous beach. The condo was well laid out for a family or couples, bedrooms each with own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked.

Water was cold
I loved the 3 beds with 3 baths. Absolutely loved the balcony and sitting area and all of the amenities Red Fish had to offer. We had hot water for about 30 seconds. Called VACASA and I’m assuming someone came out to fix but sadly it was not fixed.

Fantastic!
This condo was great! Management was friendly, professional and addressed all concerns quickly. The unit is a quick 3-5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near food and shopping. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice location, close to everything! Condo was roomy and had a view of the gulf. (Couple repair items, toilet in bunk room clogged all the time, master bath shower handle did not function properly, master bedroom carpet smelled like a cat had used it as litter box)

Poor experience
M2-426 was disappointing considering the price. Unit was not clean and floors and furniture was dusty when we arrived. Kitchen appliances were in poor condition, oven grill was coated with grease. Unit furnishing were old and dated. We had issues with the master bed mattress which would squeak as you enter and lay in the bed. Small bedroom shower door would not close properly, had to use secondary shower. While visiting, we were informed that the the font door entry code would be changed and after one day, the new code would not allow entry. We were locked out until we had to notify Vacasa of our dilemma which took about 45 minutes to rectify. We have been staying at Redfish Village for over 10 years and this particular stay (unit) was not up to the standards we had experienced in the past.

Great location and property!
We had a great stay! Our kids (1 and 3) loved the playground and pool. The beach was a short walk (wagon was necessary for us though with little kids and so much stuff). Not much to walk to as far as restaurants and shops like other 30A beaches, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Property was well equipped and clean. It's small so we never had to wait long for the elevator. No glass is allowed in the pool area (which includes grills and tables) so we had to buy paper plates because the unit was only stocked with ceramic. Publix is less than 10 minutes away so it was easy to grab items as needed. Overall great stay!

The condo was very roomy and nice loved the location but needed to be cleaned. The floors were very sticky and when you walked on it your feet would be black. The bathrooms needed cleaning. Towels were either stained or dirty. I contacted Vacasa regarding a pet odor and called several times before I got someone.
