"The vibe of the place is all beautiful and bright and airy. The views from the balcony are beautiful of Florence and the vibe on the little alley on the side with the cafes and bars was lovely. The room is airy and not super congested like other European rooms I stayed in. Bathroom is not bad just a tight shower. And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day). "
