Over all decent. My review is very limited as I never used the beach club, and only used the restaurant for 3 breakfast meals. I used Castillo as a hub. There are way too many other options for meals, beaches, etc. to go to. The staff was nice. My room was clean. They need to change the carpet in the elevators because they are full of mould. Just climb the stairs and all is good.

This is an absolutely lovely property with the sweetest staff. Everyone is incredible welcoming and kind. Both beaches are stunning and very quiet, awesome for looking at seashells and body surfing. We had an amazing time and felt extremely safe, but I truly cannot stress enough that it is the staff who make this resort truly remarkable. As well as the beautiful nature and delicious food!! Absolutely amazing time here, thank you to everyone.

The property was beautiful, however the room was mediocre considering they were just updated. Air conditioning broke down and the fan was rusted looked like it was going to fall down. Outside furniture was all rusted out and chipping apart. No coffee maker! Two tiny bottles of water a day. We ran to the small shopping and restaurant down the hill for water , snacks, and some meals. No information provided at check in or in the room as to where things were or times things were open or closed. The Starbucks won’t serve food until after 11. There were some great staff who were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet hotel.

They need to add Moore variety of food to the buffet I did like the restaurant a la carte

Hotel staff were great Melina and Rey in particular. Restaurant is overrated and overpriced and service is very slow. Dogs and chickens are noisy all night. It's too far from town (about 25 km) The area is not busy and very safe, if you want to be away from the tourist crowd this is a good area.
