The beautifully designed interior features exposed beam ceilings, wood flooring, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided!). Two sunlit living areas allow your group to spread out, while the well-appointed chef's kitchen is stocked with next-level cookware and kitchen tools.

Thoughtful interior upgrades include hand-curated local art, a turntable with a vinyl collection ranging from classic rock to country to classical music, plus books, games, and puzzles. Luxury linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms add a touch of comfort, while those seeking a wellness experience will appreciate the provided free weights and yoga mats. Spa robes and towels for the Wellness Garden are also provided.

Extra perks include space heaters, circulator fans, and ceiling fans in each bedroom, a security system and a security gate, as well as a covered parking area.

This location is hard to top, with easy one-block access to The River Trail and other nearby scenic hiking trails. You are also within walking/biking distance from local shops, the Railyard, the Plaza, and Canyon Road.

The firepit and gas grill are available during warmer months - typically in April or once the snow is gone.

Security camera details: This property is equipped with an active security camera on the front porch that overlooks the entryway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
