"Great hotel, our air conditioner went out the first night but from the time I reported it to it being fixed, it was only an hour. The pool heater was out, so we skipped the pool. But everything was great beside those hiccups."

"It was a nice hotel to stay at and a perfect location. The hot tub/pool was great. I would stay there again. But you can tell it is an older property, and lacked customer service at the front office. The breakfast and Dinner in the Ambler restaurant was really good, customer service an excellent in that area."

"Our room was not ready on time, but staff made it right! I would have liked instructions for dealing with trash…. Our room cleaner will have a big bag! The lights for the main sign were not on most nights so it was a little tricky to find. We had a smoke detector problem that was remedied by merely removing the unit…. Not repairing or replacing it. This was the first night and it never was fixed. Not sure if that’s the safest idea,"
