"My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was absolutely sensational… I was greeted on the phone by a man named Chris, who then told me, although I didn’t check in the night before I will still be able to check in early in the morning before check out! now, I’ve never felt a more welcoming presence than I did, when greeted by the staff of Ramadan by Wyndham! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Miss Kelsea and Miss Kether, and I have to say that was probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life… I’m not joking! They were so sweet and kind and helped me with anything I needed before arriving at my room around 9 AM. Everything was perfect and just as it should be because I believe every hotel should have the set standards of what I believe to be the best customer service done by Ramada by Wyndham! "Our stay was wonderful! We had a king-sized bed with a patio. The staff was polite and helpful. The only tiny problem was I looking forward to a dip in the hot tub, which was under construction and I wasn’t made aware until we arrived. The dining options were delicious if you don’t feel like venturing out. You can’t complain when the beach is just across the grounds. It was a peaceful vacay!"
