There’s no conventional front desk, you go to another property a short walk away to register and get your key. The rooms were clean, and large. There is no lift so be aware that you’ll have to walk up narrow flights of stairs. We’re middle-aged and had no problems climbing to the top floor with our luggage. We had a perfect communication with our hosts (before, while stay and after). The flat was even bigger than we assumed. Also we had the birthday of one of our children while our stay.
