"Our stay at David's beautiful first floor condo at Loggerhead Cay was cut short by the approach of Hurricane Milton. We arrived on Saturday and left on Monday as David's crew was sandbagging his unit. I would recommend this unit. The location is great, the interior is nicely decorated, the furniture comfortable and the condo is well stocked. David's communication was timely and appreciated. Our only regret is that the hurricane forced a mandatory evacuation of Sanibel. We will return!"

"I can not say enough great things not only about the condo but the owner Steve. We came in 2 days after Helene hit. Steve kept in contact with me during the storm and was very honest about everything. We are so thankful we went. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more! I look forward to staying there again."

"We had a wonderful stay here! B1 unit is right by one of the parking areas and the pool. The condo was VERY clean. The building is one of the nicest in the area. Sadly, many of the condominiums on this road have not reopened since the hurricane. They are still being reconstructed, but we did not notice any disruptive noise. Because of that, you basically have a mile of beach to yourself. We didn’t encounter more than ten people on any day we were there. If you love shelling, the private condo beach has a lot! I found some very unique ones to add to the collection. Features Tv has cable channels Can cast to the tv to watch something from your own streaming service Things we wish we knew Bring bug spray specifically for noseeums or wear long sleeves and pants outside the condo and at the condo beach in the mornings and pretty much any time after four. We did not know what they were before going down and got attacked at the beach our first day there (it was about 4:30-5:30pm). I don’t know if they are as bad at every beach on the island, but we figure it was bad her because of all of the shell piles. "
