"Sanibel Island was totally destroyed by a hurricane 2 weeks before our vacation there..We are still waiting for our refund from you guys and Dreams Vacation Co That would be the right thing for you guys to do..please refund our money."

"DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company."

"We had a wonderful time! The only true hiccup was no ice when we arrived. After driving for 3 days and arriving at 5:30, we were ready to relax with a cocktail. Knowing the island I knew where to go and get ice so not so bad! We enjoyed the house so much and our dog was in heaven to have so much open space!! Loved the deck in the evenings! The kitchen was fabulous and sitting at the window for meals was perfect! Close to the beach was a plus! Although relaxing by the pool was very nice too....

"We have stayed on sanibel several times. This was our first time at the Sanibel Surfside complex. It was very nice. Very well maintained. Nice pool. Nice grills. Tennis courts with one court striped for pickleball. And great beach location. This unit faced the beach which was perfect. It is on the second level. "Location was great, loved the decor! Bikes and beach chairs were nice to have but need some updating. Was told it was a regular coffee maker, however it was a K cup unit. We requested maintenance to the community grill, as it was not working and it was done within 48 hours. Some cleaning needs done behind the dressers and under beds. Overall beautiful property, loved the pool and screened lanai! Would book again! "
