"There was plenty of space for everyone. There is a formal dining with a table for 10 and a table for 10 in the kitcheen plus 6 seats at the counter. I have been in many VRBO's and I have never seen so much glass ware. There is plemty of plates and silverware. There were alot of lids but only a few pots, I think some were missing. The place is set up where each 4 beds get one bathroom with an extra full bath upstairs. My only complaint or to be correct my wifes only complaint was the single Queen...

"Great space for a group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Large kitchen. Updated. Not as clean as we had hoped, but Chris was great about it and quick to respond. We have stayed previously at this house with no issues. Great amenities for a group. Hope to stay again in the future. "

"Group of 8 friends from Savannah stayed here for 4 days, this house is perfect for a group! Loved the large outdoor seating area in the front of the house, and the big dining room table. House is very well appointed, the beds are very comfortable and 4 full bathrooms were a major plus. Perfect location in the village, we walked everywhere in the village at night. Loved our stay here."

"The house was perfect. We had no idea this place had so much history! Plenty of room for our 14 guests, both inside (Dining table sat all of us comfortably too!) and on the back patio/yard. The owner was helpful and sent a message during our stay, to see if we needed anything. You won’t be disappointed. We found a gem and will definitely book this again in the future. "

"Our family Thanksgiving at Ramsey Cottage was awesome. Anthony and team were super responsive when we reached out, almost immediately answering any question that came up. The only comment i would make about the home would be the size of the kitchen, especially the refrigerator. both were small for the size of the home. Other than that, it was an awesome house., we will definitely be back!!"

"I had a great stay at this Tuscan Villa with friends. The house is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. There were more than enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was a bonus – close to Jordan Lake, which was perfect for a quick trip to nature. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning a group getaway."
