DuePiĆ¹Insieme House, located a kilometer from the village of San Valentino, is the ideal place for those who want a holiday of total welfare in an environment respectful of nature and natural rhythms of life. The house has three bedrooms, each with a separate entrance with which you log on to an oak forest. From other internal doors of rooms you enter a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Nice house with fantastic pool

We had a great stay at Roccoā€˜s house. He is a fantastic host. We enjoyed days at the spacious pool, hiking in the nearby woods and site-seeing ancient villages.

Beautiful and peaceful property

Our stay at Rocco's house has been a wonderful experience. There were three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything was very clean, including the pool. Rocco was very friendly and helpful.

Relaxing country house

We enjoyed our stay in the pretty little town of San Valentino, and a large part was because of this house, which is nicely set up, quiet, has a pretty view of the nearby valley, and is just a few minutes away from the restaurants and bars in town. Rocco was very accommodating and saw to our every need. San Valentino was a very convenient central point that allowed us quick access to the surrounding towns.

Clean house in a great location

Great area, super friendly host. Very easy check-in process.The listing should be clear that you don't have access to the entire property, just the first floor. There are residents in the top floor. The configuration is pretty private but you do not have access to the balcony. We also had some issues with the heater in one of the rooms and you end up paying separately for heat (gas), which is odd. The Home was clean and beds are comfortable. The nearby town is charming

It was a very relaxing holiday with Federico and his property. If you had any questions you could always turn to him and nothing was missing on site. The cleanliness was very good and he was regularly behind when it came to cleaning the pool. He also showed interest and attention to his guests' hobbies. Thank you very much and see you next time.

Property was nice with a nice view. The amenities could use some definite upgrading.

Upon arrival there was no welcome amenities as is customary in all the other villaā€™s I have rented from two different suppliers. The wifi was poor at best and was none existent in the bedrooms and mediocre in the living area. I mentioned it to the owner and he did nothing about it. Cell service in that area is also a problem and should be noted in the discription of the property. There was also no changing of towels or bed sheets in the two weeks we were there. This should be addressed with the owner.

De omgeving en het huis was prachtig. Je hebt een grote tuin met een groot privƩ zwembad. Rocco is een hele goede gastheer, niets was hem teveel.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf die Berge. Ruhige Lage und genug Platz fĆ¼r 8 Personen. GroƟer Garten mit genĆ¼gend Schatten vorhanden. Der Pool war 15 m bei 1,5- 2,5 m Tiefe und immer sauber.Die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und kĆ¼mmern sich jeden Tag liebevoll um den Pool und den Garten. FĆ¼r jegliche Fragen und Tipps waren Sie offen und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsziele an, sowohl in die Berge als auch an die StrƤnde. Im Umkreis von einer Stunde Fahrzeit haben wir viele AusflĆ¼ge gemacht. Sensationelle Landschaft und leere StrƤnde sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Fam. Schrƶder

Ho soggiornato in questa villa fantastica insieme a due coppie di amici,la casa ĆØ dotata di ogni confort ma la cosa piĆ¹ interessante ĆØ stata trovarla pulitissima! La proprietĆ  ĆØ completamente recintata soprattutto nella parte della piscina(avendo due bambini piccoli trovo questo dettaglio fondamentale). Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli dotate di bagno privato. L'arredamento ĆØ nuovo ed in cucina c'ĆØ ogni utensile e la lavastoviglie! Fuori vi ĆØ un giardino molto curato con barbecue,tavolo da ping pong e lavatrice. La posizione ĆØ strategica in quanto difronte vi ĆØ un boschetto con area picnic e giochi per bambini e vicina ad altre attrazioni(supermercati e attivitĆ  commerciali a due minuti di macchina). Il proprietario si ĆØ dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Torneremo in questo posto meraviglioso sicuramente!

La vacanza dei nostri sogni

Non una vacanza qualsiasi, bensƬ qui siamo venuti per il nostro viaggio di nozze, un pĆ³ per il desiderio di girare una regione meravigliosa come l'Abruzzo, un pĆ³ per necessitĆ  viaggiando con un cane di taglia grande. La proprietĆ  di Enzo ĆØ dotata di ogni comfort, casa spaziosa e luminosa, giardino grande e recintato, perfetto per chi viaggia con cani , la piscina ĆØ stata la ciliegina sulla torta! Una comoditĆ  impagabile alla fine di una lunga e calda giornata di passeggiate, prima di godersi un aperitivo sotto la terrazza adiacente l'appartamento. Cucina attrezzata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice comodissime, ci ĆØ bastato fare la spesa per sentirci davvero come a casa! In piĆ¹ Enzo ĆØ un host gentilissimo e accogliente, sempre pronto a dare validi suggerimenti sia sulle mete da visitare che sui ristoranti in cui mangiare! Torneremo sicuramente per continuare a esplorare le mille meraviglie abruzzesi.

Casa spettacolare, bella pulita grande con tutti i confort. Posizione perfetta per visitare majella gran sasso e borghi nei dintorni. Dal giardino una vista mozzafiato. Enzo padrone di casa impeccabile. Basta dire che noi l'anno prossimo torneremo!

Perfekte Ferien in den Abruzzen

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder sowie mit einem Hund in der sehr schƶn gestalteten Unterkunft. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war der Vermieter Enzo immer erreichbar und hat weiter geholfen. Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist fantastisch und eingezƤunt. Es hat neben der Unterkunft 2 Pferde auf der Koppel gehabt, was unserer kleinsten super gefallen hatte. Alles war tiptop sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist super und die Gegend war der Hammer. Man hat vom GrundstĆ¼ck eine schƶne Aussicht und die Ausgangslage ist perfekt gewesen fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge, egal ob man ans Meer oder in die Berge wollte. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. Im Ort hat es eine super Gelateria, sowie auch Restaurants waren super. Wir hatten sehr schƶne Ferien.
