"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"This little SSF art deco home has the old quaint feel… It’s so charming and comfortable, a nice patio and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. "The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. "The property is in a great location. There’s not much parking on the actual street, but the streets that run perpendicular have plenty of parking and are just a short walk. The unit was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the beds & furniture. The site says that there is a dryer, but you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you are staying longer than seven days. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. "
