We were checked in by a lovely young woman and not the virtual check-in everyone seemed to be so upset about. I'm not service of that check-in option had been discontinued or if the system was down. "We needed a place near my aunt in Foster City and Robert’s place fit the bill perfectly! It’s a cute, beautifully decorated and well-appointed home with a large yard even prettier than in the photos. We enjoyed coffee sitting outside. The train does run through nearby but we weren’t bothered too much by it. Robert was quick to respond to some questions and even brought by some new items. Highly recommend Robert’s place if you need a place convenient located between SF and Palo Alto."
