"We enjoyed our stay very much! It was an excellent location - very walkable to restaurants and attractions, but located in a well maintained area of town that was peaceful and quiet, even during the holiday week. The suite is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was in not having enough pods to provide us with coffee each morning. I will definitely return and would select a room on the upper level next time for additional light. I highly recommend this property. "

"This property was in a great location. We turned our rental car in as this was walkable to museums, dining and Zocolo. Didn't need it. Place was also very quiet being in the heart of a noisy city. Also felt very safe and secure with locked entry gates. Plenty of amenities and staff were ultra friendly and had helpful recommendations."

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"It was a lovely home near the Alcalá, the pedestrian street that ends at the zocolo or main square. Near many places to visit and shop, very convenient location. The bedrooms are spacious. The colonial kitchen has modern appliances but isn’t set up well to do much cooking - easier to eat most meals out. Because it’s on a main street it was noisy, but that is to expected with its convenient location. Communication with Moises was easy and responsive. We enjoyed our stay"
