Staff is outstanding. Both the gentleman from Texas State who checked us in late (1:30 am) to the gentleman who checked us out in morning to cleaning to waitress who waited on us for breakfast - all top notch and friendly; room clean and cold (like we like it). Always a great stay! Thanks!

The fire alarm went off for 15min at midnight had to call the front desk to ask them what was going on and all they could say was they are trying. That really messed up my night sleep. In the morning all they.said at the front desk was everything was ok.

I’ve been staying at Hilton Gardens bc they are consistently clean, great beds, and as quiet as any hotel can be. We alway look for HG wherever we travel & truly find them all great. San Marcos was fantastic & I highly recommend!

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Charging $12 a day for a breakfast which was no better than the normal free breakfast at other places was disappointing. Overall I felt I would have enjoyed my stay more choosing snother option. I doubt I will choose Hilton again.
