"neighborhood was kinda creepy at first impression but it was actually not bad. Pro: There is a bakery next door which is great. Location is good. Very close to old town and cruise ports. Room is old but clean. Stuffs are friendly. Cons: There is no elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow. Too many mosquitoes even when it was their winter time.
