Overall the property itself was great. Unfortunately our room had a little damage to it. It smelled and felt humidid, even with the AC on. Plus there was Central Air issues because the AC would automatiaclly drop on its own, making the room colder while sleeping. The pool was amazing and getting to lunch or dinner options even better. The beach is walking distance, with an amazing vibe. Great location to get to different sites and airport.

The things we liked about this property was the room was comfortable and clean, the shower was amazing, and the staff was excellent. The things we didn't like was there is a loud fan that runs constantly that you can't turn off and the breakfast buffet was constantly out of food. It's convenient to the airport and has a nice little pool. Would stay here again.

I was really scared at first because of the mildew and mold smell everyone was saying but it didn’t have that at all, the place was clean and organized and friendly for first time people traveling. Just watch out for the hidden fees it was a 40 dollar destination fee and then a 50 dollar fee (that gets returned) for no reason I was very confused and There was only the check out guy that was a bit rude but besides that it was good

We had a wonderful experience at the residence inn. The only downside was the early breakfast 7-9. I would have preferred 8-11 When you fly from ny you lose one hour ! The staff was very friendly and it was very convenient.

Prior to arrival we requested 2 rooms be connected and the 3rd room on the same floor as the other 2. That didn’t happen. There were no luggage carts when we checked in. We asked 4 times and never did get one. The pack and plays that we requested a week earlier were not available when we checked in. We were told they would bring up extra blankets for a 7 and 10 month old to lay on. After my daughter went down to the front desk again and told them to find some pack and plays they finally delivered them at 8 pm. The first night we ate in the restaurant. There was 9 of us. Everyone got their food, but myself. I finally got my food after everyone else was done eating. No apology, no credit. Continental breakfast is mediocre. Wait staff is not very attentive. They close the doors at 9 am with no exceptions. The beach is not right across the street. I would say it is at least an 8 block walk. Even though you can get beach chairs and umbrellas at the hotel for free you can rent lounge chairs for $5 and umbrellas for $10 all day at the beach. We would rent the chairs but bring the umbrella from the hotel. It is light weight. Two waiters at the restaurant/bar gave me nothing but attitude. I spoke with a manager. These two had a different attitude the next day. They want you to put everything on credit card even though they advertise cash or credit card. It is like everyone is on island time. Time is no essence. Rooms were nice. Beds were hard.

The hotel has a modern look and the interior is visually appealing. However, our experience was not entirely positive. In our room, the door would not close properly, and it was very cold. The temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and the technician couldn’t resolve the issue, only suggesting we turn off the ventilation system entirely. This made our stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was available but far from ideal – it lacked variety and quality. Overall, while the design is great, practical issues like these need to be addressed to make the stay truly enjoyable.
