"Well located VRBO close to highway to help us get our team to pool locations all over the Bay Area. Owners very responsive to questions. Beds were great, but the sleeper sofas could only sleep 1. Excellent parking- was a little difficult to spot the driveway due to street parked cars the first time, but after that it was easy."

"The House was very nice and clean. It included all the essentials needed for the stay. Having a washer and dryer was very useful. It is close distance to many restaurants, malls, and the SAP center. The only recommendation would be to wait to remove the trash can bins until guests are gone from the property."

"This historic property was cute but could have been maintained better. Just small things... the drawers in my room each had junk in them, instead of being cleared for use by guests. I combined the junk into a smaller # of drawers so I could use them. The grate on the kitchen floor was full of crap. The main refrigerator in the common kitchen had stuff in front of it so you couldn't use it. It seemed like no one had been spending time there putting things aright. My unit was...

"entire house needs painting, the pond in the backyard is a mosquito haven, furniture needs updating. It looks like a home for patients, the stove needs a good cleaning or replacement. We would not return to this property again"

"There was not enough paper towel to last for two nights and two days. My family used the paper towel that was half Empty by the kitchen. I Did not realize that there were a ring camera surveillance camera, but over all is a lovely place and cozy home. "

"This place is can only sleep for 6 people (2 queens, 2 twins = 6 people). Both of the couches are terrible for someone to sleep on. Need to replace them if you want to advertising for more tben 6 prople. Otherwise, the placeis nice and clean. Thanks"

"We stayed here because my daughter had to work in the dorms during thanksgiving. We ate dinner in the screened in porch. We also walked to a great Mexican restaurant on Julian St….named “Tequilas Time”. It’s definitely a city house and not fancy, but perfect for the cost and location. Communication was easy with property manager. "
