Bed sheets were stained. Beds had ants. Asked to change rooms. The second room bed also had ants. First room stunk and the AC did not work. The entire hotel outside was being remodeled. The lobby was relocated and the windows were covered in film surrounded by spray paint. From the outdoor painting going on. The view then was obstructed. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the stake we ordered was old, very hard to cut/chew. I would not recommend and wish we could have moved hotels.

Good quality hotel in San Jose
Good quality, clean hotel. Breakfast buffet has many choices, but could improve freshness of eggs and sausages. Bigger coffee cups would be nice, too.

I expected a traditional 3 star hotel, the overall hotel appears clean. Our room was dirty. There were crumbs and hair left on surfaces. The water in the bathroom was warm at best. Staff were super friendly and the buffet was great! The hotel would have been perfectly fine if not for the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean.

Don't believe pictures on the website. hotel is old, everything very old ,AC is noisy in the room , hotel is close to highway ,cannot sleep at night at all ,pool is very small.
