Location, location, location!
Property was as expected, and perfect for our family of 5. The view was amazing, we saw dolphins every morning from our window. Shops, bike rentals, and restaurants were a short walk away. We loved that the property had beach chairs and boards to use so we didn’t have to rent or buy them. It can get loud out on the boardwalk especially on the weekends, but that’s the price you pay for that spectacular view and location! Maurice was easy to contact and responded to my messages immediately. Would definitely stay there again!

A little slice of paradise
The house is great. We have a family of 4, my husband and I with our two teenage sons, no issues with size of the house. The windows open all the way up to enjoy the breeze off the ocean and watch the boardwalk. We did not utilize the side patio, we prefer front patios so we spent more time on the beach. The house is great, no complaints, it’s just as advertised, it’s clean, people are very responsive if there are questions. Would highly recommend, we stayed in unit 4.

Love that this location is right on the boardwalk
When we drive up, the host greeted us and showed us where to park and gave us a tour of the condo. The location was great since you can just walk out to the beach! Just bring your own beach towels and boogie boards. We walked to Belmont but, decided to not do it a lot because it’s to long of a walk for us. This is the place to stay if you don’t want to be close to Belmont. Location is right next to Pacific Beach. Make sure to walk to Pump Coffee! I sure miss being close to there location for some good coffee!

Everything was very nice of course the best thing about it was location steps to the beach. The home was nice and clean. Provided everything you needed plus extras. The view of the ocean unobstructed. The parking is tight but at least you’re provided one. The outside area could be cleaned and more welcoming. I didn’t sit there at all because it felt like I had to clean it to sit down.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful ocean view. The building inside was wheelchair accessible but the entrances were not. This property should not be considered wheelchair accessible unless they install a ramp for entry. Would love to come back but unfortunately not willing to deal with having to get my wheelchair dependent husband up two steps to get in.

Great beach stay but bring your own beach stuff
Property was clean enough for a beach house, I think. Rooms big and the layout was great. Bedding was nice, but they could use some new pillows. My family really enjoyed our stay here. Host was very prompt in replying to emails. The location absolutely cannot be beat - I loved being so close to the beach. Only disappointment was the lack of beach stuff. We picked this listing because we were flying in with our kids and couldn't pack beach toys, chairs, etc, but the listing promised those things. It wasn't until I received the check in email that we were told to bring our own beach stuff. There were a couple of chairs and blankets so we made do. But just plan to bring your own beach stuff if you're visiting with more than two people (and your own toys if you're with kids).

Perfect spot!
6 of us girls celebrated one of our friends 50th bday. It was a great option for us. Rooms were large enough to accommodate 6 adults. We didn’t have children with us, but there were amenities for families with kids like a high chair, packnplay and a couple fold out cots. The view was perfect being right on the beach. It was easy to walk to local restaurants/shopping. Communication was great. Owner was quick to respond. The only thing we noticed that we needed was extra garbage bags. We had an excellent time and very comfortable stay.

Great Family Beach Trip
This place was simple, and the location was exactly what we needed for our trip. We still can’t get over how lucky we were to find this spot. If you’ve never experienced a California sunset, book this place now and you will be blown away. This unit is right on the beach, with a huge view of all the happy people living their best life in the sand, ocean, and the boardwalk. This place could use a little updating, and keep in mind for the room with the King there aren’t any drawers if your staying a while like we did. Also- if you don’t like the public atmosphere outside, this may not be the place for you. We actually loved it, and would rent it again given the chance. If you are looking for the Cali beach experience, this is the spot for you. Our toddler loved playing with the beach toys and we were thankful to have the umbrella to use. We met our neighbors, and one evening someone started playing guitar out on the beach in front of our window! There’s no balcony, but the window view is awesome. The only thing that could have been more clean were the dusty blinds, and there was no plug for the bathtub. Im a very hard sell on beds when I stay at places- but these beds were so comfortable! More comfortable than most hotels we’ve been at. La Jolla, the zoo, Coronado, Old San Diego are all within reasonable driving distance and we we thankful for the trip. What are you waiting for!? Book it :)

Wonderful location
Even though the place is not super clean and the kitchen appliances and necessities are not cared for at all, this home has an amazing view and is the perfect location. It was so convenient to come out and be on the beach already. I would stay here again. We hope the property will be a bit better maintained during our next stay.

Excellent Property!!!
This was our first VRBO stay. The owner, Maurice, could not have been more patient, gracious and responsive. That was much appreciated. The property itself was wonderful. Clean, functional, located perfectly on Ocean Walk, fun. So many entertainment choices just steps away. Even the grocery store, Ralph's, is only 5 minutes away for stocking up. The views of Pacific Beach are iconic. We are definitely looking to stay here again.
