"Hi internet friends. I've been staying here quite a bit in recent months, so here's a review. Property: The property is clean, quiet and well maintained. Some of the rooms have an ocean view. Staff: The front office staff has always been welcoming and professional. The housekeeping staff has always been helpful and friendly. Location: This property is in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from a park. The area looks and feels safe, like it's a nice place to raise a family. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach from here and there are restaurants within walking distance. I recommend trying Super Bowl Express for teriyaki bowls, Cafe Rae for their breakfast/ lunch menu and El Jefe Cafe for Mexican food, all nearby. I find Hotel Avenida to be a clean, safe and budget friendly option. I look forward to future visits. Best Regards. "
