"Lady at front desk very nice at check in..give her a raise..the overall property was good.. room needs some attention but overall was ok.. whirlpool was not working that was a big disappointment..we love to use it when we stay at hotels but couldn’t. I would say though I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Needs more attention to cleaning details. Our fridge smelled horrible like rotten meat. Complained first night when we arrived at 10pm and was told there was nothing to do about it until after 9 am but that never happened. Needless to say we never used the fridge. Luckily we weren’t in the room except to sleep. Staff was kind and breakfast was okay."

"Sheryl’s place is the perfect spot to stay for a visit to San Clemente. Spotless, comfy bed, and beautiful views. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on cooler nights. Easy surfing/boogy boarding right out the front door. And quick strolls to town. Would definitely stay again. "

"The rooms closest to the freeway are loud and the walls seem thin. We had a guest wake us up at 3am due to loud taking and it took the front desk 3 calls to finally get them to quiet down. Ask for the rooms on the ocean side and your stay will be great. It is very close to a lot of restaurants "
