Perfect for holidays
We rented for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering with family from the area. And we found the converted garage/entertainment room to be the best part. It’s a quiet neighborhood but still near major highways and tons of shopping.

Nice Fun House!

Excellent vacation home with great freeway access
This was a great place to stay and we made good use of the jacuzzi & projection screen. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for our group. The location was perfect and we were able to get right on the freeway anytime we needed to go somewhere. Our property contact took some time to respond to our questions but was still able to answer them.

Enjoyed a family reunion in San Antonio area. Stayed in a large, well appointed home in Live Oak. Pretty convenient access to sights in San Antonio and close to Hill Country. Enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Home has all you need to hit the ground running!

Great home for family/friends get together!
Well appointed home in Live Oak. Easy access to highways and activities. Hill Country is less than a half hour away. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tube and on the back patio. Overall, a good choice!

Visit to San Antonio for Eclipse
There were seven of us. We stayed 6 nights. It was a perfect base for seeing the San Antonio area. Very easy to get to the main highway. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, etc. The house was great, beds were very comfortable! Loved the jacuzzi tub and master bedroom dual shower. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the outdoor hot tub. My young adult kids enjoyed the pool/ping pong table, as well as the bedroom with the xbox hookup. Kitchen had adequate supplies though we did run out of garbage bags/toilet paper by the last night of our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to other families and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Live Oak get-away
The property was very nice and clean. The host made us feel welcome. Knowing the area made the trip to the local park a must. Would be a great add to the listing a mile and 1/3 downhill run with a nice trail plenty deer and ducks to see.Easy commute to the airport and to downtown. The ac worked great inspite the 100+ temperatures this week. The pool table and ping-pong table were a great way to avoid the heat of the day. Thanks again!

Live Oak getaway
The stay was wonderful. The house was exactly what we needed. It was close to a local park that we love. Downhill for the first 1.3 miles to the park and a nice loop to run around the lake. Several deer and ducks are out to see while you run or walk. Also a frisbee golf is available at the park. Easy access to the airport and Downtown just make sure you get on the right loop. We also enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong for a nice break from the heat mid day. The Texas sage in front of the house was beautiful. The front door did stick a little bit so make sure you pull it completely closed. Oh and my husband loved the shower in the master bedroom. My 6ft 5 son slept perfectly in the loft bed. Thanks again for a wonderful week end get away.

Check in was easy, house was clean and in a good neighborhood. We didnt get to use the game room as we were busy in san antonio but we did enjoy the hot tub. Our dogs enjoy3d the back yard. Overall a wonderful experience. We would use this house again! m

Great Family Getaway
You know that you've stumbled upon a good place when your kids fight over the rooms. The house was great and was a great location for us. We came San Antonio to see the Natural Bridge Caverns. My brother noticed that there we quite a few wasp nests. I was able to text Jonathan and he took care of them that evening we checked in. The house was clean. The rules were clear. The hosts were very responsive, even answering my questions about the state of the area during Hurricane Beryl before the trip. Loved how they converted the garage into a rec room. Solid touch. The boys and my uncle spent a lot of time in there when we came back from our daily excursions.

Great property!!
This property was awesome!! We were 6 adults & 4 children. The property was very clean and the location was great. Halfway between San Antonio and new braunfels. We enjoyed both places with minimal drive time. The owners were fantastic. Took care of our every need, which was again minimal because the property was already great. We needed a cable wire for the projector, and he was there in 15 minutes to take care of it. They make sure all supplies are there for you, down to the soap and shampoo, plenty of towels and washcloths. The kids enjoyed the game room and adults enjoyed the hot tub on our down time. Both were wonderful. Thank you so much guys for our great experience!! Hope to see you be again..
