-Bedroom 2 downstairs: Double bed, single rollout bed, one nightstand, charging station, and smart TV
-Bedroom 3 upstairs: Queen bed, 1 single, luggage rack, two nightstands, charging station, and smart TV, a moon chair seating by the window.
-Bedroom 4 upstairs: 2 Double beds, a chaise, nightstand, charging station, seating by the window, armoir, smart TV, luggage racks, desk area.
-Living room: Queen pull-out sectional.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home, with parking available in the driveway or on the street.
High-speed internet, self check-in with a smart lock, air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, and an iron/board are all provided.

While the vast majority of our guests are wonderful and respectful, we do need to protect ourselves with the following rules:

Quiet Hours:

~~Weekdays: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
~~Weekends: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pet Policy:

~~Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Please know that our property is not considered pet-friendly, therefore please keep your pet off the furniture and carpeted areas.
~~The pet fee is charged to cover extra cleaning associated with hosting pets.

Pool Rules:

~~No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
~~Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
~~No diving, running, or rough play.
~~No glass permitted outdoors or near the pool.
~~Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

Additional Fees for Violations:

~~$250 fee for smoking on the property.
~~$295 fee for hosting any type of party or event.

Issues:

If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right.

Cancellations:

Guest understands that they were given the choice to purchase inexpensive travel insurance prior to booking, therefore the guest adheres to the cancellation policy.
