The pool windows were wide open for people to look in from the parking lot. And hall, but workout room had privacy covered windows. The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Next to a trucking company and a garage for car repairs. But easy to get to and not too far of a walk to store and Riverwalk and etc. Nice breakfast! Quiet.

The hotel was great, breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The only thing negative was some guests that were very loud but the hotel staff took control of it. I would recommend the hotel.

The property was clean. Nice rooms. Staff wasn’t friendly nor available when I called the front desk. Short answers and very direct. Front desk is a huge representation of the company. I felt the customer service experience was horrible.

Didn't like reserving a room for two nights and on the reservation they asked if you need anything, I replied three of us need a roll away bed for our son, so we thought hotel would supply this. When we asked about it, they acted like we were strange, and said we don't have any! They should have told us when we made the reservation, then we could have brought a small cot or sleeping bag, for our 12 year old son.
