Excellent home away from home!
My family of three stayed here and we loved it. They provided everything we needed and more than you could imagine. They thought of it all, from popcorn to DVDs. Very clean, kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. I can not think of anything they didn't have available. Great location too!! We loved and would recommend to all!!

Great Family Stay
This is a great property in a nice area! It is close in vicinity to many attractions and activities. We appreciated the “extras” included like cooking spices, ziplock bags, tinfoil, laundry detergent, etc. Our kids loved the tree house and beautiful yard to play in. The only thing that would have made the stay more comfortable is air conditioning in the basement unit. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Kids Loved the Treehouse
An off-street parking spot, leads to a private entrance. There is a shaded yard to relax in, an air conditioned treehouse for the kids to have some privacy; and the home is quiet, well-equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant as well. This was a great stay.

This place felt like home
Our family kept referring to this apartment as home while we were on vacation in Salt Lake City because it was as convenient as being at home but with 1 bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the closets were spacious, the sofas were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. Not only did the kitchen have very handy supplies like flour, sugar, butter, spices, oil, coffee, and hot chocolate, but it had a large variety of nice pans, nice dishes, nice flat wear, nice knives, and many kitchen gadgets. They even had saran wrap and ziplock bags!! The kitchen had just about everything you'd have in your own kitchen. Our family also enjoyed the variety of board games, TV channels, DVDs, and good books available for us to use/read along with the wifi. We chose this rental for these nice amenities, and will definitely return here if we visit Salt Lake City again. The owners also have put together a thorough list of surrounding stores, restaurants, activities, and attractions with recommendations for each category to make everything easy.

Clean and Comfortable and close to the City.
This property fulfilled all of our needs when we wanted to stay close to Salt Lake for a late event. The place was in good repair and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable there. We had quiet a large group but we all had enough room to sleep just fine!

Clean, Comfortable and Easy Access to Ski Resorts
This basement apartment is super clean, comfortable and fully stocked so if you're planning to save money on food the cookware is top notch! There are all sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and is a quick 10 min drive to the UTA ski bus with access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We had a small furnace issue which was promptly resolved with in the hour which was great! There is also some noticeable foot traffic from the home above which the owner is looking into resolve. Other than that it was a great place to stay while we skied the best powder on earth!!!

We loved this place!
My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this little 2 bedroom, basement apartment. I was here for work and she tagged along for a getaway weekend in Salt Lake City. It was perfect and our hosts could not have been better to work with. This apartment was fully furnished and fully stocked. It truly felt like home. I have to return to Salt Lake City for work on a regular basis, so I will definitely be staying in this charming little space. And, we have already talked about coming back next fall for another getaway, so this will be our home away from home again!

Perfect location, comfy!
We loved this basement apartment! 2 bedrooms with new beds, we slept so well in lower elevation, and comfy beds. All of the ski resorts were a quick and easy drive of 22-31 min. REI, is on the way, so you pick up equipment on the way and drops off at the end of the day. Tjmaxx is 2 miles away, sprouts, Whole Foods and fresh market are close by. The best part of the apartment is the staple items left for us. Everything thing from Kreurig coffee capsules, hot chocolate w marshmallows, sugar, flour, every spice you could need, oil, ziplock, washing detergent, shampoo, conditioner. Great new cookware. They do need a hot water pot for tea drinkers and hot chocolate. The street is a quiet residential street, but so close to everything. It is a great find for an affordable price!
