Our place is in a fantastic location in downtown SLC, close to some of the best attractions and popular venues Utah has to offer; this is the perfect destination and stay for anyone or business/work travelers new to the area or just visiting!

This unit is on the top floor. If you park in the reserved parking in the back, there is one flight of stairs to the unit. If you park on the street in the front, you will have to go up two flights of stairs.

This unit is full; you won't share the space with anyone else. This apartment is on the third floor from the front street or one flight of stairs from the reserved parking spots.
Other things to note
We have some beautiful large Elm Trees that shade our building; however, from July 1 to October 31, this increases the chances that Elm seed bugs may appear in the unit. They are small and harmless, like a ladybug, do not bite, and are not considered a health risk. They generally will keep to the window sills. We spray the building periodically to keep their presence to a very small minimum, but if you see a couple that may have made it inside during this season, please let us know, and we're happy to assist!
