Terraced House with Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool

Terraced house located in a very quiet area of Salou. Just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful coves of Cap Salou and the beach of Racó de la Pineda.

This beach is perfect for going with children. With fine but hard sand and practically no slope in the sea.

In the surroundings you will find all kinds of services, and bus stops. You can easily move around the area and reach the centre of Salou or La Pineda in just a few minutes.

It has capacity for 8 people, is distributed on 2 floors and consists of:

Bright dining room, and with access to the garden terrace.
Fully equipped independent kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, including the dishwasher
Master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom with double bed.
Two bedrooms with twin beds
Bathroom with bathtub.
Guest toilet.

TO KEEP IN MIND:

- No garage available, but there is space to leave the car on the ramp within the property itself.
- There is only one air conditioning split on the upper floor, in the hallway between the bedrooms.
- No group bookings accepted. Exclusive for families.
