Average stay, it was what was expected. The pool was closed for maintenance the day prior to our arrival which was a huge let down for us as the kids have been trapped in the car and couldve used the pool to burn off some energy. The room was tidy and basic. Close to a few ammenities within walking distance which was a perk

Terrible place to stay avoid at all costs. We booked a stay there and they made me sign a waiver stating I wouldn’t smoke. However the room smelt like a chain smoker lived there and we could barely breath. We basically forfeited our money and stayed somewhere else as they wouldn’t give a refund.

Check in was slow- crush of guests arriving same time. Room was good. Accommodated our pet. Coffee set up in room was fine. We didn’t stay for included breakfast but did hit the Starbucks right next door. Nice park two blocks away to exercise the dog. Lots of restaurants w/in walkable distance

Under New Mgt. The staff were courteous and friendly. Room could use a little TLC. The complimentary breakfast was good, with an amazing hostess ensuring everyone questions were handled. This will be our stop of choice in Salmon Arm.

I arrived late in the evening and the attendant didn’t help me feel confident about the safety of the place at night. Then inside the room there is a long list about getting into your room quickly from your car etc.

The room was clean and functional and fairly modern, but a typical motel room. The bed was comfortable and the TV selection had over a 100 channels. We were on the upper floor, if you have mobility problems request a ground floor unit. The breakfast was the standard buffet style fare.
