This property is in a great location for shopping and dining. However, it is located inside of a larger building that gives an unsafe feel, with dark public areas and broken glass in stairwells. The room itself was advertised as soundproof however, you could hear anyone in the common area and anytime a toilet flushed. You heard the flush and the refill in the wall at any hour at any time. The bed was missing a sheet, only a comforter with what we thought had blood on it. Ultimately, not a place I would recommend, nor would we stay here again. The lady that put on the breakfast was very cordial and sweet, other than that, no real redeeming characteristics. #Dissapointed

Once and never again!
Auf dem Unterkunftsgelände gibt es nur begrenzt Parkplätze, d.h. keinen. Gerade, dass man an der stark befahrenen Straße anhalten kann. Obwohl man vor dem Eintreffen englischsprechend sich gemeldet hat, bekommt man Nachrichten nur in italienisch. Wenn man gesagt hat, dass man um ca. 14.00 Uhr ankommt, öffnet der elektronische Code erst ab 14.00 Uhr, ohne vorher darüber Information bekommen zu haben. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Zimmern innerhalb eines Wohnblocks. Gott-sei-Dank hat sich dann ein Bewohner des Wohnblocks sich erbarmt. Der Aufzug ist auch nicht besonders beschriftet. Das Zimmer London ist ziemlich dunkel, was immer ein bisschen schmuddelig wirkt. Von den anderen Bewohnern des Hotels habe ich nichts gesehen bzw. mitbekommen. Der elektronische Check-In war somit gruselig und ich werde nicht wiederkommen!!!

A bed for the night
I'm not sure I'd describe this accommodation as a hotel, it's more a grown up hostel with self-check-in facilities and communal kitchen. We never met the owner, only communicated via the app. This was all well and good, convenient for many people staying just one night like us, but when we didn't receive our breakfast vouchers, communication ceased to exist. Don't assume you'll get anything more than a bed for the night. You'll also need earplugs as the location is in the city centre.

Chambre très bien avec une clim qui marche très bien, ce qui est rare en Italie. La chambre est très bien décorée avec du goût. Pas de service, impossible de rentrer dans l’immeuble sans avoir le code. Il faut appeler pour avoir la code. Pas de personnel à l’accueil, c’est dommage !
