"It was our second time staying here. This time we decided to bring the whole family including 2 grandchildren under 5 yrs old. as before, the villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with high chair, cot and stairgate. Staff are excellent, especially David. They even did cleaning and changing sheets on Xmas Day! The location is amazing with beach nearby."

"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. "what an absolutely charming little flat. we couldn’t have asked for anything better. the location was perfect - a wonderful stroll to the town - having our own pool was a real treat though too chilly to swim hanging out beside it with a lovely beverage was perfect - had a few barbecues in the evening and enjoyed many local restaurants. the flat was clean and cozy and had everything you needed - just like home 😊 thank you and we will be recommending it to our friends"

"This villa was comfortable for six people, at a very reasonable cost, and a great location, with a 5 min. walk to the beach and ten minutes from the old city. It felt secure, with off street parking in a quiet neighborhood, near the marina and train station. The villa doesn't have central heat but two portable heaters were provided that were definitely needed in mid-March. "This is a lovely villa in a good location, although it is a fairly hard uphill climb from the centre. Uber very useful for shopping trips. It was very a quiet area most of the time although there were several days when gardens around were being maintained - it seemed like all day! But maybe the time of year for hedge trimming and the weather kept us in more often than if it had been sunny. Round the pool is very private and well kitted out. "Pedro was the perfect host. We were running late on arrival, but it was not a problem for him. He met us at the villa and showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked etc. He was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions.
