"Villa was good. Shower in one bedroom is a bit dangerous as it sprayed water on tile floor which was then very slippery. One of our group fell getting out of it. Bathrooms could use more light. washer and dryer unti were hard to figure out. Staff were very nice and helpful "

"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. "This villa was comfortable for six people, at a very reasonable cost, and a great location, with a 5 min. walk to the beach and ten minutes from the old city. It felt secure, with off street parking in a quiet neighborhood, near the marina and train station. The villa doesn't have central heat but two portable heaters were provided that were definitely needed in mid-March. "This is a lovely villa in a good location, although it is a fairly hard uphill climb from the centre. Uber very useful for shopping trips. It was very a quiet area most of the time although there were several days when gardens around were being maintained - it seemed like all day! We stayed as a family of 6 adults and 5 children ages ranging from 1 year old to 13 years old with lots of space for everyone. Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive host. "Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night. "
