Washing machine and barbecue shared by the 3 gîtes.
Additional equipment: cot/high chair and baby bath on request.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels/household linen and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (tourist customers €75).
Mandatory cleaning and bed linen package for professional customers (€120/stay).
Animals: €100 deposit.
